How beautiful is your event?

I normally don’t rate an event that I do. But since I’m posed with this question, this is how I see things….

1)  if at the end of the event… I hear endless chatter and see smiles on the faces of my guests as they leave the ballroom…. I’ll say it’s beautiful.

2) if at the end of the event…. I see clients satisfied and happy with the service we rendered, clap, clap, clap, that must have been a job well done. yes, that is beautiful.

3) if after so many years, a client calls and asks me to do another event for them, then the last event must have been beautiful to get a “repeat”. yipee, another beautiful thing just happened here.

4) if at the start of an event, I come to a room filled with nothing but doom and the next day, i see a brightly lit hall filled with flowers and a design so magical, I can easily turn into a fairy godmother( thanks to our florist and production designer)that, to me, is beautiful.

5) if the event promises to be really big and comes out bigger than life…. undoubtedly, it is beautiful.

6) if couples come to me and say we just want a simple wedding and it turns out to be simple and elegant in the truest sense of the word.. I would consider it simply beautiful…

7) if there is a typhoon or a heavy downpour, and guests still arrive on time and forget they’re having a bad day because of the weather… i would still rate that event  beautiful… for people to travel and get there in time for the wedding… the couple/host of the event must have been truly special for guests to still come… doubly beautiful for me…

to me, achieving exactly what clients have in mind and exceeding their expectations make an event beautiful. we have learned through the years, that clients have different levels of appreciation. beauty is relative. it is important that they get what they envisioned.

beautiful concepts, if not carefully implemented can become crap in the end. with all these ruined, where does a beautiful seed concept go? out of your hands…whew! this is ugly.

we do not entertain the word ugly in our events.

we know that there can never be an ugly event if it was well planned, well thought of and properly executed by people who know what they are doing. rule of thumb: don’t leave the digging to the postman. get people you trust to do the right job for you. they should be just as passionate to deliver “ beautiful. ” it helps that when you want beautiful things to happen, people around you want to create something beautiful, too. it’s easier when you all have that frame of mind….

when we say beautiful… we know beautiful for what it stands.

it’s common to see happy faces in happy events but it’s always the beautfiful people who get the most beautiful weddings/events. People who have beautiful hearts always get what they deserve…. beautiful events.

by bringing out the best in each client’s character/personality, taste, beautiful events are just so easy to achieve.

beautiful events, anyone?
